You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any phdram content without the prior written consent of phdram.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdram's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your phdram wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

phdram reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of this Agreement, phdram may forfeit outstanding bonus balances but will, subject to AML compliance requirements, return verified real-money deposits that have not been wagered.
A player wishing to voluntarily close their phdram account may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Outstanding real-money wallet balances at the time of closure are paid out to a verified withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact phdram's support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. phdram will acknowledge dispute notifications within 5 business days and endeavor to resolve them within 30 business days.
If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the Philippine Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285). Notwithstanding the foregoing, phdram reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
phdram reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, phdram will provide notice via a prominent banner on the Platform and, where practicable, via email notification to registered account holders. The revised Agreement will indicate the date on which it becomes effective.
Your continued use of the phdram Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
